Shipping policy

We will ship within 3 business days after receiving a request with a registered/insured Japan postal parcel (airmail). Delivery time is typically within 7 to 30 business days. Please be wary that shipping may take longer during peak seasons such as Christmas time. 

Please Note: All applicable customs fees and taxes associated with buying goods from abroad are the responsibility of the customer. You might therefore still be billed by the carrier for these fees and handling. We appreciate your understanding.
